The members of Edens Edge were invited to become honorary “Friends and Family” members of the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum.
Comprised of Hannah Blaylock (lead vocalist), Dean Berner (harmony vocals, guitar, dobro) and Cherrill Green (harmony vocals, mandolin, banjo and guitar), Edens Edge possesses a unique musical blend deeply rooted in Country music, acoustic instrumentation and pure vocal harmonies. Growing up an hour’s drive from each other in Arkansas, Edens Edge were introduced by mutual friends in 2004 and began performing together in a band that included close friends and family members. After entering the 2006 NSAI Song Contest, they were discovered by iconic songwriter Kye Fleming, who encouraged the young trio to move to Nashville together and pursue their musical career full time. It was during their 2009 performance at Fleming’s induction ceremony into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame where Big Machine Label Group President & CEO Scott Borchetta took notice and quickly signed Edens Edge to Big Machine Records.Since releasing their Top 20 debut single, “Amen,” the trio has been profiled as one of Billboard’s “Artists to Watch in 2011” and was selected as a CMT LISTEN UP! Artist. They were also featured on three major Country tours last year – Brad Paisley's H2O II: Wetter and Wilder World Tour, Reba’s All the Women I Am Tour, and Lady Antebellum’s Own The Night Tour. Edens Edge is currently in the studio finishing up their debut album, set for release in 2012. In June, they will hit the road with labelmates Rascal Flatts on the “The American Band Tour” Presented by Farmers Insurance.
